Through our dedicated Pre-construction team, we work strategically alongside the designers to help resolve problems much earlier than would be possible without this approach. The Pre-construction department allows us to act as our client’s construction consultant from the start of the project – creating the ability to mitigate client’s project risks, procurement, budget, and schedule; as well as dedicate substantial resources to the planning of the project.

General Construction tendering, though more traditional in approach, remains very effective when combined with a proper schedule. Our clients can be assured that KARNAK’s stipulated bid price will be competitive. Beginning with carefully reviewing tender documents when received, KARNAK will prepare a thorough list of sub-contractors to price the project. This process ensures our pricing is as competitive as possible. Additionally, we issue drawings to sub-trades that are known for their excellent craftsmanship. From contract award, we take control to guarantee a great project.

KARNAK has an abondance of experience dealing with members of the real estate and project management industry during pre-lease negotiations. To deliver the best consultation, we will visit the short-listed real estate sites. Working with the selected design professionals or project managers, we can prepare a budget and preliminary construction timeline. We also provide your real estate agent with the critical information needed to complete your real estate transaction.
